Amos ProfessionalCorporation suggests Professional touch, which expresses customer’s creativebeauty. By offering a professional beauty solution representing Asian beauty.As a professional beauty creator, Amos professional aims to aid professionalsby inspiring them for their creative work.


We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to service and grow ourexisting clients as well as establishing new business and brand awareness withinyour designated sales territory.
Coreresponsibilities:
  • Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing andprospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Demonstrates products and services toexisting/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited totheir needs.

Duties:
  • Establishes, develops and maintains businessrelationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assignedterritory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits andpresentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Researches sources for developing prospectivecustomers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develops clear and effective writtenproposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problemsand complaints.
  • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, salesmanagement, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
  • Analyzes the territory/market’s potential anddetermines the value of existing and prospective customers value to theorganization.
  • Creates and manages a customer value plan forexisting customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
  • Identifies advantages and comparesorganization’s products/services.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy bymaximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
  • Supplies management with oral and writtenreports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, andpotential for new products and services.
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technicalservices, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising andpromotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consultingwith marketing and technical service areas.
  • Participates in trade shows and conventions.



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Sales representative experience withinthe hair and beauty industry is essential.
  • Demonstrate aptitude for problem solving abilityto determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work bothindependently and within a team environment. Must possess excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
  • Neat personal appearance
  • Good communication skills
  • Integrity, drive, passion, energy and a proven sales track record.
  • The ideal candidate would preferably have a hairdressing background as client education forms part of the role.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suiteapplications, MYOB and contact management software.
  • Valid driver’s license with Car.

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE HELD A SIMILARSALES REPRESENTATIVES ROLE IN THE HAIR & BEAUTY INDUSTRY PREVIOUSLY.
We Offer:
v Full training, support and marketing back up will be provided.
v Salary package will consist of base salary, commission, super, Lunch and petrol allowance.
